dy•nam•ic (daɪˈnæm ɪk)  adj.

1. vigorously active or forceful; energetic.
2. characterized by or producing change or progression

in•quir•y (ɪnˈkwaɪərɪor enquiry  n

1. a request for information; a question
query, inquiry, enquiry  A query is a single question; an inquiry (or enquiry) may be a single question or extensive investigation (i.e. a series of questions).

Dynamic Inquiry represents a lens for questioning – instead of judging humans in a system. This is an integral part of the work of Ivan Pupulidy, who has introduced progressive programs like Human-Organization Potential (co-created with Todd Conklin),  resilience practices for workers in complex-adaptive systems (like wildfire), and the Learning Review, which replaces the traditional accident and incident investigation with an adaptive model that looks at the conditions surrounding an event to generate learning opportunities.

The spirit of dynamic inquiry invites you to join our conversations about human factors, human error, sensemaking, safety, risk perspectives, and human performance in complex work environments – and any other topic that might arise.
